This hotel was very comfortable (large bed, great linens, great shower, quiet, safe area) as well as very convenient (bus line #150 which you get on right in front of the hotel will take you to the heart of Madrid in 30-35mn for 1€, there are also 2 metro stops 10mn walk away but the bus was so convenient we never tried the metro). This is a great place to stay if you arrive by car because you can park for free in front of the hotel then take the bus into the city. Staff spoke English well and gave us good tips. There are a couple of restaurants nearby but we always ate in the city. Hotel is situated in a business/residential area with other hotels nearby but also apartment buildings and a few shops. We would stay there again without any hesitation, great value for the price. Only thing we wished the hotel had was a pool because it gets really hot in Madrid, would have been nice to dip in the pool at the end of the day. Free wifi worked well. I was hesitant to stay there based on reviews that said this was in the boonies, but it really isn't if you use the bus. Close

We stayed at this hotel a week in March 2010. A very good hotel, clean, 5 minutes easy walk from the subway station Virgen del Cotijo. The staff is very friendly! The hotel has 6 floors with 24 rooms each / floor At ground zero it has the reception, the restaurant and a free Internet poit ! Room is spacious, we had bathroom, Samsung LCD TV, desk, air conditioning, mini bar! The bed is very large and comfortable, even if sometimes squeak! We recommend this hotel, both in terms of price and the conditions offered! Close

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst atending a conference. The hotel is modern (don't expect too much in the way of style) and situated in a quietish part of the city. It is relatively easliy reachable using the excellent Metro system, but quite a long way from the centre of Madrid. My room was comfortable and well set-up for business users. The (wired) internet worked fine. However the aircon was barely up to the task - and this was in October so I don't know what it would have been like in the summer. The breakfast buffet was OK with a decent variety of dishes on offer. Overall, good value for money Close

Front desk totally efficient in many languages and pleasant. All staff keen to help and please. Hotel spotless..even in the corners! Everything in the room works perfectly. Modern and welcoming "home" in Madrid. This year was not my first stay and I will return for sure! It is "my place" in Madrid. Amazed when staff remembered me from last year's visit and even the right chocolates were in my room. Manager definitely has eye for details. Close
